13.01.2022 They called... we came! Late yesterday afternoon, we received a panic call from a Property Manager where a tenant had left a property in a less than reasonable state. To make matters worse, it was due to settle and unfortunately didnt. With a little help from CPM working through the night we were able to bring it back to standard. The property has since settled this morning. Half our team were in #CameronPark with this property while the other half were quoting a job where... a tenant has done a mid night runner in #Wadalba No matter how big or small, no matter where it is on the coast or in the Hunter. 07.01.2022 Winter lawn care tips It’s about that time of year where we start to see ‘Wintergrass’ and ‘Bindi’s’ sneaking into your luscious lawns and with the large amounts of rain we have had, growth of these two lawn pests will be accelerated. Here’s how to slow the impact:... 1. A general all / multi purpose weed n feed will do the trick but if you are planning to spray in winter, make sure you do it where there is likely to be a couple of days sunshine following the spray so that it doesn’t get washed away. 2. If you see any patches of these popping up in smaller areas, try and remove them by pulling out the roots before they spread. 3. Salt is a great way to target specific areas of weed that you cannot pull out such as those tight spaces between pavers etc. sprinkle a generous amount of salt on the weed and either water down slightly or just let it sit and wait for the rain to do the job for you. 4. If you’re more of a natural lover and have weeds surrounding precious trees or plants, simply give the weed a good spray of white Vinegar and this will kill the weed. Dandelions in particular hate Vinegar and you can see their effects almost within the hour. So that the entertainment area had the right amount of coverage, a semi circular design was used in line with the concrete area. ...
