24.01.2022 Some shots from Owen trying out the Weber charcoal in the Kettle Snake. Held temp like gidgee but used a little more, this was a 6 hour cook.

01.01.2022 Some nice pork ribs for an afternoon treat. A bit of a different method to cook that has become a favourite of mine. Sear over a good flame for a couple of minuites each side, wrap like normal with a bit of sweet baby rays, brown sugar and apple juice. Cook over a reasonable heat for an hr then un wrap, baste and set the sauce. IMO a better outcome than the 321 method and done in no time at all. #porkribs #chiefsog #fingerlickinggood
