24.01.2022 FYI: The CHI 3V manifolds are available as a "low carb" option where the top is machined down nearly an inch lower to fit under shaker scoops and factory hoods.

22.01.2022 I was just taking some photos for someone and thought I'd share. We have 3 basic styles of castings we make our manifold range from. The original 3V castings shown here with the 4500 top and the 4150 top. We also do a small port version of the 4150 to suit 185 heads and the Boss style for 8.20" deck Windsor blocks with built in water crossover.

07.01.2022 Message received from US customer today. Well, this was quite an adventure! I’m pleased to report that the horsepower merchant from Titus Performance in Maryland, USA wrung 659.8 HP @ 7,900 rpm out of my 352 Dart small block Ford using CHI’s 4V heads, and did it with only 11:1 compression. Instead of a torque peak, it was more of a torque table. 465 lb ft, by about 6,000 rpm, but it was over 450 by 5300, and didn’t really drop below 450 til 7,600. So much for my idea that a ...4V head couldn’t make serious torque over a wide range in a smaller engine. Mark and Heather McKeown were wonderful to deal with, remarkable people. The results speak for Mark’s skills at building power. I asked for a high RPM, Pump Gas Drags style engine that I could blow the guts out of in my street car and I got it! Thanks to everyone involved, CHI’s heads were pivotal, I think it’s safe to say. I had supplied an oil pump that proved defective, so the test was cut short at 8,000 though it was still climbing. Sharp eyes will catch that but Mark recognized it and mad a good call to end testing. I may return to the dyno at some point for an E85 tune, but I’m pleased with 659.8 for sure! Sharp eyes will also see a pair of Nitrous Express plates under the throttle bodies. These actually carry nozzles for a Holley water/methanol injection system that will be tuned later as a full throttle detonation safeguard. It was disconnected during the dyno session. See more

Some of our suppliers are in the lockdown region and have been forced to close or operate with reduced staff for the next six weeks, this may cause extra delays in getting product out the door but we are still here if you need us.
