Because, truly what are we talking about? Asana, commonly known as physical postures? When we’re talking about being good at YOGA, are we talking about the other branches? Pranayama/ Breathing? Dhyana / Meditation? Are we observing and practicing the Yamas and Niyamas in our daily lives? Are we speaking about Bhakti /devotional yoga, Jnana yoga, etc.? 19.01.2022 Aaah love a juicy side bend over a bolster (or cushion or sofa ... whatever you have at home) At the start of ‘lockdown’ I bought a bolster for my home practice and it’s best investment I have made this year. I first came about this technique when watching a post by Mel Robbins and have started my teens yoga sessions using this several times.
