08.01.2022 We have had a number of enquiries from ECEC services around the legal requirements of Nominated Supervisors and Educators. To help clarify, Nominated Supervisors are required to hold current qualifications (see link) and educators must maintain awareness of child protection responsibilities, department recommends this occur every 12-24 months.
