Healing our inner child opens our lives and our choices to bring mo...re happiness and abundance into our lives. The journey can be difficult so doing the work in the company of others is a must at some points. If you keep running the same old patterns, keep thinking the same old thoughts, sabotaging with the same old behaviours, continue to struggle with your self worth or setting boundaries - maybe it's time to do some inner work. We did not come into this world loathing ourselves or wishing to numb our feelings. As small children, we operated from a place of wonder, curiosity, spontaneity and creativity.
