25.01.2022 School today was all about creativity. Charli has shown a keen interest in pottery and I finally found a teacher willing to show her how to use the wheel. This kids creative skill never ceases to amaze me. She thrives glows and simply blossoms when shes allowed to create. 8 beautiful usable stunning pieces created today from her very first time on the wheel

23.01.2022 Before heading off on our year away we made a family agreement that if one of us wanted a break from long term travel, we would respect that and pause. We needed to recharge the finances and Charli had voiced a desire to settle in one spot for a while and go to a main stream school again. We decided to settle in Queensland as it offers such a beautiful outdoor lifestyle and so many opportunities to stay active all year round. She has had a term at her new school and now is super excited after her Christmas break to begin her 1st full year as a grade 4 back in the main stream . Living with flexibility, respecting the needs of every family member, going with the flow and being completely open to all future possibilities keeps life exciting and our family happy . Heres to a wonderful new year kiddo. We love you.

15.01.2022 Charli made her own cardboard cut out and started to teach herself boxing and kicks. We thought she might enjoy something structured so enrolled her in Muay Thai Kick Boxing at Bulldog Gym. Shes absolutely loving it. Not only is she learning how to look after herself but there is a strong emphasis on responsibility, respect and discipline. Her confidence is growing but above all she is learning, flourishing and having a ball. So proud of your gutsy attitude kiddo

Dad then picked her up at home time and just before they reached the carpark all of the kids came rushing out to bid Charli a final farewell with hugs and best wishes . She was so touched and left on a huge high. What a wonderful experience and huge thanks to Veronica for facilitating a wonderful week at German school.
