Hevel is an amazing asset to our team with over 13years of agricultural experience. His knowledge and work will provide us with a solid foundation when implementing and teaching sustainability in farming and horticultural solutions. Back in 2007 Hevel spent some time volunteering at the Shunem orphanage in India, which he found to be an incredibly insp...iring experience. Hevel has been a life long member of the Christadelphian community and has two beautiful children of his own. His love for his own little ones has given him an empathetic drive to help children that live in the toughest of environments, many without basic human needs. He is also motivated by the love of God and that has given him the will to share that love and message of hope. 22.01.2022 Meet Sengua Mnzava, our Chairman and Founder at Children of Love Inc. Sengua was born and raised in Tanzania. He was fortunate enough to meet his beautiful wife Fiona, while she was over in Tanzania doing charity work. He has since been living in Australia and has had two gorgeous baby girls, with one on the way. However Sengua has not been able to forget the scenes of poverty, hunger and need that he left behind. This has inspired a deep desire to make a lasting change for... those in his community. Sengua believes the only way to effect such change is through education. And so he created a vision to build a school with the emphasis on sustainable living, giving these children and the wider community the hope of a future they may not have had the courage to dream of until now. With Sengua’s knowledge, connections and passion in Tanzania he is an invaluable leader in this incredible and exciting project. 11.01.2022 It is a terrible tragedy to lose such a beautiful part of history. It is great to see so many contributions for this magnificent building to be repaired. However, we can't forget the amount of poverty, destitution and appalling living conditions that so many humans face, that is somewhat unimaginable to people who have never seen nor experienced this. Here at Children of Love, we often wonder what the world would be like if such amount of attention and generosity was given to the impoverished countries and their beautiful people who deserve just as much as we have. This drives us and pushes us even closer to our goal of everlasting change

10.01.2022 Recently, I was having a chat with a close friend of mine. About half way through our talk the topic of empathy came up. He showed me a picture. I think I had seen it a long time ago but, I guess it had escaped my mind. Although it was taken 26 years ago, the underlying truth behind it still remains, perhaps even more so now than ever. There are realities in our lives that we intentionally or unintentionally overlook, sometimes, because it is easier, or it may be that we do...n’t know what we don’t know, or perhaps we are just overtaken by so many other facets of life that we don’t get a chance to see or act on them. A reminder like this picture can carry a tremendous amount of weight in enabling us to at the very least acknowledge what is the invisible chaos hiding behind the menacing face of order. The anguish and misery that exists is perhaps beyond the control of our individual capabilities but the ability to lend a hand, even if it is in the smallest degree, I believe, is well within our control.
