25.01.2022 Chili Master Braised Pork Belly with Rice. Premium Pork Belly Diced, Slow-cooked with dark-soy-sauce-based sauce, with a hint of lump sugar. Does not taste oily as most fat was scooped out during slow cooking. Yet Full of Great Flavour! Perfectly cooked Egg in same sauce, sliced in half. ... Freshly boiled Pok Choi put on top to ease up the whole flavour. Even the Rice at the bottom was great quality Sushi Hikari Rice perfectly cooked.
