Stress impacts on physical, mental and emotional areas of life. Personal life can have an effect on work life and visa versa. To maintain life balance is critical to being happy, healthy and functional. All too often stress is not recognised by the sufferer, simply because they have adjusted to it over a period of time and think they are in a normal state. High functioning people believe that the level of stress that they are under is normal, what they do not realise is tht their bodies and minds are under so much pressure, it is causing an imbalance in their entire system.
