25.01.2022 If anyone’s interested in learning more about or potentially studying Kinesiology, check out the link below

25.01.2022 Some of my goals for 2020 include: Becoming a Qualified Kinesiology Practitioner Continuing with my 2nd year of studies Work hard to grow my Kinesiology Business by getting more clients Save money for my Wedding and for my trip to Germany... Remain positive throughout difficult times Get rid of anything that I no longer need Be more present and strengthen relationships What are some of your goals for 2020??

24.01.2022 Absolutely, the world around us is changing so rapidly that it’s hard to keep up and to focus on our normal daily lives. Make sure you’re looking after your mental health during these times. Make sure you ask for help when you need it and take a break from reality every so often

23.01.2022 A brilliant read...... Instead of listening to what the person sitting across from us is saying, we listen to our thoughts. I have done this myself, not intending to but we get so wrapped up in our own heads with things that don’t matter, things that are far less important than the person sitting in front of us. ... Moments when we’re fully present with someone and it’s reciprocated, it’s like magic, like the rest of the world fades into the background. Like the first time you fall in love and you just feel connected; you feel the dance of communication, the resonating, the synchronicity, the oneness. That’s it. This, for me, is what presence is all about. The oneness Technology has done many wonderful things, it helps us to communicate with those that can’t be physically present but it also distracts us from actually being present. It’s an awful feeling being ignored because someone’s mobile phone is more important than you. Be mindful, show you care xo

20.01.2022 I first learned about Kinesiology in early 2013 and started going to a Kinesiologist as a client not long after that. My Kinesiologist helped me to identify self destructive patterns that I had (unknowingly) created. Essentially, I was limiting my own happiness for multiple subconscious reasons. It helped me to learn more about myself, about other people and learning that we all think, learn, love, forgive and act differently because of our life experiences. ... It has made me become more emotionally intelligent, helped so much with my anxiety, helped me to accept other people as they are as well. Being able to identify, accept and change those patterns, allowed me to change my behaviour and my life. I will forever be grateful for being introduced to it many years ago as I am a much happier and more confident person now because I was able to deal with a lot of emotional issues and let them go

15.01.2022 Hoping this is over sooner rather than later. Hoping everyone stays safe. Sending light (positivity) and love to all. We will survive this

14.01.2022 Learning about kinesiology has to be done in a classroom (in my personal opinion). There’s so much to learn and so much to practice. As a student, you get many hours in and outside of the classroom to practice on fellow classmates, family and friends. Practicing allows you the opportunity to make mistakes and discuss them with your Teachers to learn what you should or could have done. And they do say practice makes perfect.
