25.01.2022 One thing that I value massively is quality relationships. Im lucky enough to work with the best of the best in both personal training and coaching Boxing. Let me tell you the relationships that Ive build through this great sport blows my mind, the trust, teamwork and time that is required really takes things to a new level. I couldnt be prouder of all the boxers last night at our UBA#4 tournament, especially those who I shared the ride with. ... A special mention to Charlie Brown who showed so much character and back bone for her first bout, faced with a far more experienced fighter because of a late pullout she made a real fight out of an exhibition bout. Annie Porecki my first, you and I have something special! Composed patient and relaxed the whole way, bloody awesome seeing you execute and dominate a well deserved WIN!!! John Pownall brother from a different mother, after touring and entertaining around Australia throughout the fight camp you absolutely floored a great boxer. You did everything we planned stand tall brother a worthy main event WIN!!

08.01.2022 EX-VETERANS FUNDRAISER 16TH NOVEMBER Join the FIGHT! Date: Friday the 16th of November 2018 Time: 7:00pm - 11:00pm Location: The Concourse - 409 Victoria Ave, Chatswood NSW 2067, Australia... Join us for fight night 16th of November where 30 amateur Male & Female Combatants get into the ring and fight for our struggling current and former servicemen, women and their families. Some of these competitors have never boxed and will each undertake their own personal journey of strength, courage and mateship. After 12 week of training, they will test themselves and their opponent in the ring, demonstrating what can be achieved through the power of sport and comraderie. With the Invictus Games to be held in Sydney this October, they will showcase the power of recovery through sport. This boxing event will be a legacy of these Games supporting our local military veteran community. The funds generated from this Boxing fundraiser will be used to facilitate adaptive sports pathways as an avenue to rehabilitation for transitioning and former military members. This program will be in collaboration with Fitness First, Homes for Heroes and RSL Active. The funds raised will be managed locally by the Veterans Centre Sydney Northern Beaches, for local veterans. We will also have some amazing prizes to win on the night, and in collaboration with our friends at Northern Beaches Harley Davidson, you have the chance to win your very own 2018 Street 500 Harley Davidson! Featuring a blacked-out, liquid-cooled V-Twin engine that is ready conquer the hot and heavy traffic of urban streets. 03.01.2022 I think someone got fired up at the most epic event @ultimateboxeraustralia killed it, both my fighters @charlieybrown85 and @annieporecki won in front of a capacity crowd, we ran 15 min off schedule time. 17 fights great matchups 34 combatants all showing how much of a back bone you require to step up put it on the line and give it all youve got.

01.01.2022 The one I do everything for, having my little princess beside me made the night even more special. Thanks to everyone involved, Friday night was a huge success. Great fights and over 25k raised for The heart on my sleeve movement. To the 30 combatants who stepped in the ring youre all CHAMPIONS regardless of having your hands raised or not. Stand tall and youve now become a much better version of yourself, thank you for your commitment and dedication what youve earned will hopefully last a lifetime.
