25.01.2022 OpenGym will be on this morning at 9:30 for pre schoolers. $8 for 1 child,$5 for extra siblings. 1 hr open play session for children under 5 with parental guidance.

22.01.2022 We have added another OpenGym Session on Wednesday at 10:30. So sessions are now on Monday at 9:30 Wednesday at 9:30 or 10:30 Friday at 9:30 or 10:30 Saturday at 9:00... Cost is $8 per child and $5 for extra children. We also have available a 10 visit pass for $70 or $110 for 2 children. There is a $20 enrolment fee to register for these session (normally $40 per year)

05.01.2022 Often parents and children think gymnastics is just for girls. We can tell you that it is definitely not. Over one third of our members are male ranging from 1 to 18 years old. We offer various gymnastics classes for our boys including recreational gymnastics, FreeG (primary school), NinjaGym (for secondary school) as well as our levels based MAG program which is a competitive program based on learning gymnastics skills on parallel bar, high bar, rings, vault, pommel and f...loor. Unlike our other programs, MAG is by invitation only as we expect gymnasts who area willing to work hard to learn the technicality of the skills. It takes years of dedicated training to rise up in the levels. We start with handstands and forward rolls to progress to handsprings, backtucks, giants on bars and many more skills. At our lower levels its all about learning to improve our gross motor skills, our spacial awareness, transferring weight from feet to hands, coordination, balance, strength, flexibility and not to mention it's lots of fun swinging or climbing up on a rope, playing group games and learning new skills. And you don't have to be great at it, we just love watching kids improve in time, overcoming fear and gaining confidence in their ability.
