05.01.2022 Following last week's Lillie's Mooncake-making workshop, I decided to make some today. I made 2 batches of snow skin - 1 batch white coconut and half the other with Blue Pea Powder and Pandan Powder My snow skin weights 30 gm as my square mould is slightly larger and filling is 25 gm. Total Mooncakes made 15 Some variations to the recipe:-... White- White Lotus paste (from the shop) with toasted pumpkin seeds Green/White- Crush roasted peanuts with roasted white sesame seeds mixed with chestnut paste (from the shop) Blue/White-Red bean paste (the one I made which Lillie showed last week was too moist), I added Black sesame seed paste (from the shop) and toasted black sesame seeds to give a bit of crunchy taste It was fun making them.
