Classical Acupuncture is based on the teachings in the Classical texts of Chinese Medicine. Most of these texts were written between the the 6th century BC (the Warring States period) and the end of the Tang dynasty in the 10th century CE. Along with the Primary Meridians common to all acupuncture systems, a key feature of the Classical texts is the description and discussion of meridians called the Complement Channels. In this seminar, Sean Tuten will explore the use of the Extraordinary vessels in a clinical setting.
