23.01.2022 Exciting News Alert Chipmunks Bundaberg Reopening Were thrilled to let you know that well be reopening our doors on Friday 10th July when the stage 3 restrictions come into effect.... Please be aware that we must adhere to the State Government restrictions so there will be some changes to the way we serve you and ask you to play. Well update you shortly on this. Keeping our staff and customers safe is our top priority! Our normal opening hours will recommence: Monday - Saturday: 9am-5pm Sunday: 10am-4pm Opening hours may be temporary and subject to change, please keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates. We miss you so much and cant wait to see you back in the playground!

18.01.2022 Please read our COVID safe restrictions that are now in place to ensure everyones safety. We need to collect your details at entry for COVID safe tracing as per government regulations. Please use the provided hand sanitiser before you enter our centre. Our full service cafe will be available with a few new additions to the menu... Please understand now more than ever, we will be enforcing our No Outside Food and Beverage policy so that managing and maintaining Government restrictions is attainable. Adhering to the 1 person per 4 square meter rule means we now only have 75 chairs available in the cafe. Maintain physical distancing where possible. If you are sick or feeling unwell please stay home. Keep up good hygiene practices. We are still taking hosted party bookings, however we now have limits on both children and adults. We will not be taking bookings, however to avoid disappointment please call us first before visiting. Our mornings are always busier while our afternoons are quieter. Our staff are here to help you enjoy your time with us. This is a very different way of trading for us and we ask that you be patient, kind and reasonable with what we have had to redesign and implement to reopen. This is an untrialled method of operating and will continue to change as updates are received Lastly dont forget to bring your socks including all adults who are supervising their children in the play areas. 07.01.2022 Just an update to let everyone we know about our reopening. As we were originally planning to reopen on the 10th of July as per Stage 3 of Government restrictions which has now been brought forward to this Friday 3rd July. We at Bundaberg are not quite COVID ready to reopen. We will aim for early next week. We will update you when we know more. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to seeing everyone again soon.

03.01.2022 We would just like to say Thank you to everyone for your support since we have been able to reopen with stage 3 restrictions now in place. One of the main changes we had to implement was the number of seats/tables in our cafe. We asked that you call us prior to visiting to check if we have tables available or are at capacity. Thank you again to those that checked in with us. Below is a reminder about our current procedures. Monday - Friday during school days no phone cal...l is required, just head on down for unlimited play. Over the weekends we didnt need to turn anyone away (came close) but would appreciate a call if you are planning to meet up in a group. We are taking bookings for parties, so call us to discuss or visit us online for more information about our packages https://www.chipmunks.com.au/bundaberg/birthday-parties/ We are more than happy for you to call us to check what numbers we have in at the time. Please remember you will still need to sign in for the government Covid tracing. Stay home if you are feeling unwell.
