In addition to our current health and safety practices, we are: Regularly disinfecting all high-touch areas. All areas of the structure are being cleaned with an anti bacterial spray at least once a day... All tables and chairs are being wiped down thoroughly between customers, menus, menu blocks and table numbers are also being cleaned with anti bacterial spray daily. Increasing accessibility of hand sanitisers for guests and employees. Ensuring our employees have the information they need to stay healthy or stay at home if they are feeling unwell. 05.01.2022 Finally !!! We are so excited to welcome you all back to Chipmunks Caroline SpringsWe will be opening our doors on the 23rd of Nov'20. As you all know there are still some restrictions in place which means our plays will be session based and this is up until restriction on capacity numbers are lifted and we are COVID normal. Our sessions timings are 9:30 am - 11:30 am, 11:45 am - 13:45 pm, 14:00 pm - 16:00 pm (*Weekends only*)... *Booking essential only during weekends* https://www.chipmunks.com.au/caroline-springs/booking/ What this means We can only have a maximum of 50 people per session in the centre (until the restrictions are changed to COVID Normal). Bookings are essential for all sessions and can be done via our website (our bookings will open from 16th Nov'20) Party Bookings - Due to restricted numbers our party bookings will also be session based, for party bookings please call us on 0452543023 or email: [email protected] Only ONE supervising adult is allowed per child. All patrons will be temperature checked before entry. Adults and children over 12 years old must wear Face Masks in the centre. Adults and children must wear socks in play areas. We understand that the current limits on entry, restrictions may not be convenient but these are put in place keeping in mind the health and safety of our guests and staff. We want to thank all our wonderful customers for your ongoing support during this difficult times, looking forward to seeing you all soon.
