25.01.2022 We love to keep our store clean as best as we can. So we sanitise all play areas everyday!

25.01.2022 Dear customers: At Chipmunks safety always comes first. We want to take extra precautions in light of current COVID-19 outbreak. Our store will be closed for 3 days for detailed cleaning & store maintenance. We will re-open from this weekend.... All the staff at Chipmunks Docklands would like to thank you for your ongoing support of our business.

24.01.2022 Dear Customer, Due to concern of current COVID-19 outbreaks in our surrounding suburbs, our play centre will be temporarily closed for casual customers from Monday 6th July, until government restrictions are eased. The safety of our customers and staff is always our No.1 priority. We will re-open to public again when its safe to do so.... 20.01.2022 We would like to reassure our customers that at Chipmunks Playland Docklands we are taking extra precautionary measures to try and prevent the spread of COVID-19 - the health and well being of our staff and customers is paramount. In addition to our current health and safety practices, we are: Regularly disinfecting all high-touch areas. All areas of the structure are being cleaned with an anti bacterial spray at least once a day... All tables and chairs are being wiped down thoroughly between customers, menus, menu blocks and table numbers are also being cleaned with anti bacterial spray daily. Increasing accessibility of hand sanitisers for guests and employees. Ensuring our employees have the information they need to stay healthy or stay at home if they are feeling unwell. We are closely monitoring updates from the Australian Government Department of Health and the World Health Organisation (WHO) and will continue to seek guidance from these agencies and public health officials. We are prepared to navigate these challenging circumstances with everyones safety in mind. We appreciate your support for Chipmunks and want you to know that we are committed to keeping our facility safe so you and your family can continue to enjoy your time with us!

We are back to the playground - busy cleaning and preparing for next week. Our playground will be bright and clean as always when we re-open... 03.01.2022 Chipmunks Docklands is re-opening tomorrow 22nd June pursuant to the latest Government Guidelines. We will be running casual play sessions. Online booking is OPEN now please visit: https://www.chipmunks.com.au/docklands/booking/ 2 sessions per day: Session 1: 10:00am - 12:30pm... Session 2: 2:00pm - 4:30pm We are allowing 30 mins break between the two sessions to clean and sanitise the venue. Bookings are recommended but not essential. We will accept walk-ins if capacity allows. Book a session online: https://www.chipmunks.com.au/docklands/booking/ During this period we are offering discount entry of $11.9 per child per session (adults are free) . Discount vouchers such as Small Ideas will not be accepted. Parking rate at The District Docklands is discounted - 2 hours free, $5 for whole day parking.
