24.01.2022 Chipmunks Roxburgh Park is re-opening tomorrow 22nd June pursuant to the latest Government Guidelines. We will be running casual play sessions. Weekday Mon 22nd June - Fri 26th June (2 sessions per day) : Session 1: 9:30am - 1:00pm... Session 2: 1:30pm - 4:30pm School Holidays 27th June - 12th July (3 sessions per day) : Session 1: 9:30am - 11:30am Session 2: 12:00pm - 2:00pm Session 3: 2:30pm - 4:30pm We are allowing 30 mins break between each session to clean and sanitise the venue. Bookings are recommended but not essential. We will accept walk-ins if capacity allows. To book a session please send us an email with ([email protected]) or call us on 0424 823 048. During this period we are offering discount entry of $10.9 per child per session (adults are free) . Discount vouchers such as Small Ideas will not be accepted. A friendly reminder that if you or your guests have flu like symptoms please do not attend. The Chipmunks Team is looking forward to seeing you again soon in the playground!

21.01.2022 Dear Customers, Due to the recent announcement on COVID-19 hot-spot areas from our Victorian government, we have made the decision to temporarily close our store for the upcoming School Holidays, from Saturday 27th June until the next ease of restrictions is published by the government. The safety of our customers and staff is always our highest priority. As a small business located within City of Hume area, we also have the social responsibility to work together to help slo...w the spread and contain the virus. 08.01.2022 We would like to reassure our customers that at Chipmunks Roxburgh Park we are taking extra precautionary measures to try and prevent the spread of COVID-19 - the health and well being of our staff and customers is paramount. In addition to our current health and safety practices, we are: Regularly disinfecting all high-touch areas. All areas of the structure are being cleaned with an anti bacterial spray at least once a day... All tables and chairs are being wiped down thoroughly between customers, menus, menu blocks and table numbers are also being cleaned with anti bacterial spray daily. Increasing accessibility of hand sanitisers for guests and employees. Ensuring our employees have the information they need to stay healthy or stay at home if they are feeling unwell. We are closely monitoring updates from the Australian Government Department of Health and the World Health Organisation (WHO) and will continue to seek guidance from these agencies and public health officials. We are prepared to navigate these challenging circumstances with everyones safety in mind. We appreciate your support for Chipmunks and want you to know that we are committed to keeping our facility safe so you and your family can continue to enjoy your time with us!

06.01.2022 Due to the rapidly changing nature of the situation, we have made a decision to temporarily close our centre from next week (as of Monday 23rd March), until further notice. The safety and well-being of our customers and staff is our top priority and this step will be a precaution in support of all measures to contain COVID-19. We are fully committed in providing support to all our employees and our community during these unprecedented and challenging times. Considering the ...constant change to the situation we will not announce a re-opening date at this stage but we will be providing regular updates on our Facebook, Instagram and Google business pages. We are still open this weekend with restricted trading hours 11:30am - 2:30pm and max 90 patrons limit applies. 01.01.2022 Exciting News Alert Chipmunks Roxburgh Park is re-opening! We're thrilled to let you know that we'll be re-opening on Wednesday 11th November. Our staff are back to work in the playground - busy cleaning and preparing everything for Wednesday!... Please be aware that we must adhere to the State Government restrictions so there will be some changes to the way we serve you. Keeping our staff and customers safe is our top priority! For the first 2 weeks until further restrictions are eased, we will be running 2 hrs casual play sessions on weekends (No bookings required for weekdays casual play). Weekdays (Mon-Fri): No bookings required. WEEKENDS 14th, 15th, 21st, 22nd November: Session 1: 9:30am - 11:30am Session 2: 12:00pm - 2:00pm Session 3: 2:30pm - 4:30pm To book a weekend play session please send us an email ([email protected]) or call us on 0424 823 048. We are also taking Birthday Party Bookings now for any parties to be held after 22nd November. Please book early as availability is very limited due to max patron limit. PLEASE NOTE: As per the State Government announcement, we can also only allow 1 adult per family for the first two weeks. From the 23rd Nov we should be able to return to a better normal. Lastly please support our staff as we open with these changes. Most of our staff have now had 8 months off and will take some time to get back into the swing of things and relearn how we work best.
