08.01.2022 Our first batch of cold drip concentrate (single origin from El Salvador) is bottled and ready to sell. We use a Dutch coffee brewing technique using our in-store Yama Tower. It takes about 10-12 hours for a batch of 10 x 200ml bottles to be brewed. Some benefits: 70-80% less acidic compared to espresso shots; less bitter; much sweeter and smooth; a richer palette with all the flavours coming to the surface; and convenient, lasting at least 2 weeks when stored in a fridge. ... Best served over ice, with milk/soy/almond, ice water or straight. Each 200ml bottle will get you 5-7 shots (depending on how much you pour).
