NOT with these dinosaur marketing tactics: This first one is an oldie but a goodie, I just have to mention... * Spinal screenings done by yourself - seriously?! Who wants to spend their weekends in a shopping center trying to interrupt people and convince them they need chiropractic? Not me, I've got better things to do like rest, relax and spend time with family on the weekends. * Public talks - great concept. Leveraging time by speaking one to many. There's only 3 problems. You actually need to organise and get people to the talks. And then you actually need to be good at talking. It's those 3 key issues that make public talks a massive hurdle for most chiropractors * Referrals from professional spinal screenings - great idea. Last time one of these referrals came in it cost me $110! Ouch! And they are not that frequent either. Expensive and infrequent new patients are my least favourite. Let's face it, the way we communicate and the way we advertise now is very different to 5 years ago. Hell, it's different to 2 years ago. So what's the answer? What about you get your message in front of potential patients and those that like what you're offering can make an appointment and come see you... and you'll never even hear from or have any contact with those that aren't interested. And the best part. You can do this all from the comfort of your own home. You don't even have to go anywhere, do anything or even speak to anyone. You can have a 24/7 "sales person" do all the work for you. And what if I told you a potential new patient could cost you as little as $8.28. Sound too good to be true? Well it's not. Facebook Ads can do all of this but... not just any old Facebook ad, it has to be done the right way or you could quickly burn a hole in your pocket. I've been able to do this for my own Chiropractic clinic on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland for over the last year. Through trial and error, countless hours of study and thousands of dollars I now have a reliable system that I can turn on for a flood of new patients whenever I want. It's great. My office hours are tight and I know when I'm away from the clinic it's time off and not time spent doing some marketing or promotion event.
