19.01.2022 Hi Guys. With so many of you changing work and home dynamics, the dinosaur (ie me !) has been forced into the 21st century to reach out to you.... In all seriousness, with so many of you in iso, working from home, unable to get into the office etc I have thought long and hard about how is the best way to help you through this difficult and turbulent time that may last a few months. I will be posting regular tips and advice on how best to manage and minimize the good work that... you have put in improving your spinal health and well-being. If I can help in any specific way please call the office and I will do my best to help. Otherwise message me with a topic and I can post some suggestions for you all. David

08.01.2022 Hi Guys This weeks tip is the obvious but also the most vital MOVEMENT..... Your spine needs movement to be healthy, 1. So it doesn't rust up but more importantly, 2. The movement activates the proprioceptors in your spine which means a more activated brain and a more activated and healthier you.... A lot are already walking regularly, but if you are in "iso" at home, then a walk, short or long 2 or 3 times a day will benefit more. You have the time, just some dedication is all that is required. I am currently setting up a YouTube channel where I can post some instructional videos to help maintain your spinal health and lesson the deterioration for those unable to get into the office at the moment. 05.01.2022 Covid Announcement As we enter stage 4 Lockdown, we have been awaiting final advise from the government about what is permitted at the office. Chirocentre is open with Dr David but is limited. There is no GP referral required.... "Chiropractic care must only be provided if the absence of, or delay of this care, would result in a significant change/deterioration in the patient/client's functional independence necessitating escalation of care." In light of this, Dr David will be calling every Chiropractic patient before any pre scheduled appointment, in the next 6 weeks, to discuss your needs.
