20.01.2022 Posture takes practice. The more you force yourself to have better posture, it becomes muscle memory. If you drive for 1hr a day, i hope this trick makes you think about your posture at least for 1 hr. Lets make good habits.

Im going to assume everyone is like me so I won't stop you from crossing your legs, instead lets make our BAD habits into good ones. Bad habits are hard to break and that is why adapting/working with what we can is better than expecting a miraculous change (my opinion ofc) I hope everytime you cross your legs from now, you remember that YOU can make it an ACTIVE process, rather than just sitting there PASSIVELY working out our scrolling thumbs.
