21.01.2022 We were honoured to be recognised at the coveted World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics 2020 awards of excellence ceremony tonight. The Chisholm team were recognised for excellence in program delivery and our role in Vietnam's TVET reform program. A huge thanks to the Chisholm staff involved in the program, the Government of Vietnam through the Department of Vocational Education and Training and AIC - Vietnam. This award is for everyone who contributed - please celebrate with us!

06.01.2022 Today we welcomed the Minister for Training and Skills, the Hon. Gayle Tierney MP on campus, along with Peta Murphy MP Federal Member for Dunkley, Paul Edbrooke MP Member for Frankston and Sonya Kilkenny MP, Member for Carrum. While visiting, Minster Tierney announced $67.6 million in funding for the second stage of the Frankston campus redevelopment, expected to commence in July 2021. The plans include modern learning spaces for Community Services, Business, IT and Cyber Sec...urity, Foundation College, Art and Design and Sport and Recreation areas. 03.01.2022 This week is NAIDOC Week, which acknowledges and celebrates the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We opened our celebrations this morning with an Acknowledgement of Country hosted by Chisholm chief executive officer Steven Varty and Koorie liaison officer Kirsty Bell, followed by a Yidaki healing session. If you’d like to join our NAIDOC activities, we are holding an Indigenous Cultural Bush Foods and Healing Activity on Thursday, 1pm to 2pm and a Traditional Story Time and Virtual Native Animal Zoo Tour on Friday, 1pm to 2.30pm.
