Students are to make their own way to and from the campus. Due to COVID measures put in place, Chittaway Bay Public School students will meet at the bus bay entry. Later that evening at 5:00pm there will be an Information Evening online through zoom for both students and their families. The link to the zoom meeting is on the acceptance letter sent home as part of the orientation package.
23.01.2022 The College Principal of Tuggerah Lakes Secondary College, Mr Cullen has been liaising with Leading Edge Rugby League Academy to assist in organising rugby league clinics. The clinics are conducted by ex and current NRL players. Rugby league is very strong and popular with the students in our learning community both male and female. This may be of interest to some of our families. You can read about the clinics at: https://www.lerla.com.au/

07.01.2022 If you ask K6M which is the best class in the whole school, they will all tell you we are the best because we are a team and we care about each other. We know that being kind and respectful of everyone is very important and we make sure we are kind to each other every day. This term we have explored drama as a way of communicating using our body, facial expressions, voice and movement. We have been developing our writing and working hard in maths. We have investigated food safety and even completed a guided experiment to construct an effective box cooler. K6M love learning and it shows in our quality work.
04.01.2022 Students from Year 4 and Year 5 attended camp in Week 5. Stage 3 went to Heritage Park Camp in Bathurst and Stage 2 attended The Great Aussie Bush Camp in Tea Gardens. Ms Millett stayed behind to continue learning with students at school. The students of 4/5M were very enthusiastic and keen to tell their teacher all about their memories and highlights of camp. They did this in a creative way, showcasing their literacy skills and publishing abilities. 4/5M and Ms Millett hope you enjoy the photographs of some of the student's Camp Storyboards. They had a lot of fun making them!
