21.01.2022 Today I was lucky enough to go to a shadowing program by @ashleighjaynehairartistry as well as @hairandmakeupartistry_bybianca How amazing is it that hairdressers love sharing their knowledge as well as tips and tricks with others in the same industry BEFORE & AFTER on my gorgeous model today! So much softer Our aim was to soften & not over lighten as the hair was quite porous and damaged. Hair health = EVERYTHING

18.01.2022 Cannot believe I have been open for almost 3 months already! Thank you to each & every one of you that have supported me & my little salon Never would have thought my first 3 months would be that crazy but I wouldn’t have it any other way

16.01.2022 Unfortunately, the time has come that I’ve got to bring in a cancellation, late arrival & no show policy. I adore and appreciate each and every one of you that walk through my doors therefore your time is very precious to me. I totally get that sometimes things pop up unexpectedly which I completely respect and it will be taken into consideration. NO SHOW/LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION I send out a text reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment which allows you enough time ...to contact me to cancel or reschedule. This gives me time to fill the appointment. If you cancel last minute or do not show up to your appointment I will require 50% of the appointment you were booked in for before you can make another appointment. LATE ARRIVALS If you arrive late to your appointment without phoning me beforehand your appointment may be cancelled or amended as I won’t have enough time to carry out your appointment as I will be attending to another client. I appreciate you all! I hope you can understand and respect my business and why I need to do this. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me!

06.01.2022 As we all know stage 3 restrictions are starting soon. For now hairdressers are able to remain open, although we have no idea what’s going to happen, hopefully we know more tomorrow! Appointments will remain the same until anything changes. Please ensure you bring your mask otherwise your appointment will be cancelled & please DO NOT bring any extras as I’m only allowed myself and 2 clients in the salon. Thank you for understanding & my heart goes out to all small businesses right now

05.01.2022 FINALLY Covid restrictions have eased which means you are not required to wear a mask in the salon but if you wish to that’s more than okay! If you would like myself to wear one whilst your in, don’t hesitate to ask me The 4sqm rule has been minimised to 2sqm therefore I’m now allowed to have 5 people in the salon at the one time. Please keep in mind that my salon is only small therefore too many people can over crowd. Any questions send me a message & let’s hope we are at the tail end of all this!

03.01.2022 This beautiful client came in with warm roots, orange/brassy mids and clean ashy ends. She wanted to be ombré but with light ashy ends. Unfortunately, today I explained that we couldn’t do it due to multiple reasons. 1. Her hair had been pre lightened so much that her ends were dry therefore I didn’t want to lighten anymore as it would have snapped if I did. 2. She had so much warmth that I explained it would be better to bite the bullet and go darker through the mids and not as bright through the ends to give us a brand new canvas to start with when she comes in next. Her next appointment we can go through and lighten her ends and get her on the road to being a healthy bright blonde This just shows unfortunately sometimes we don’t get what we want straight away & that it can take time to get there. Patience is key
