22.01.2022 Are you a gym LOVER or HATER?? 3 times. This is the number of times I would get changed when going to the gym. 3.... On the way, my brain would go 100 miles per hour... Should I just go for a walk? What am I going to do? What if I’m not as fit as everyone else? What if I’m super unco and look ridiculous? What if it is super busy and it freaks me out? What if I can’t get to the equipment I need to at all? What if some one talks to me? What if no one talks to me?..... Etc etc So, as you can guess I’m not particularly a gym lover. I like to be able to rock up to a session, wearing my pj’s if I feel like I want to, know the people I’m training with and have a good ol’ laugh along the way!! I like a positive, uplifting vibe to the sessions I attend and so that is what we provide in the sessions we host! Come along and give us a go! (Pj’s totally acceptable!)

15.01.2022 SHORTS I normally wear exercise tights, however lately it’s been so humid I have had to whip out my shorts because let’s be honest... literally rolling your tights on isn’t the easier thing to do! I have always been super self conscious of my thighs and butt, however i feel like it’s time to leave those negative thought behind and be free (and a hell of a lot cooler ). ... After about 30minutes, they start to ride up and do you know what I cannot be bothered fiddling around with shorts anymore. So I...let...them... be!! I trained with clients both Pilates and PT, I walked through the shops and all. No one starred, no one judged nothing. The world didn’t end! Join me in loving your legs this summer and letting them get some colour as we let go of our self conscious negative thoughts and let our legs wobble and our shorts ride up with pride!!! #getyouegsout #getcomfortable

10.01.2022 This is me... eating bread If you know me well enough personally you will know I don’t eat bread very often as it upsets my tummy. If you have been following my business page you will also know I am supposed to be starting the simplified 3:6:9 cleanse today...... Yet, oddly here I am eating bread! I was so prepared for the cleanse, I made my banana and oat breakfast cookies last night, I steamed my sweet potato for my lunch tots. What happened? Well- I couldn’t stand the texture of the cookies so I skipped breakfast. And the sweet potatoes weren’t cooked enough (I followed the instructions I swear!!) so I am still cooking them..... I’d say LIFE happened. And maybe I just wasn’t meant to start my cleanse today?? Who knows but 10 minutes before I had to leave to go to a session with a client I was FAMISHED.... bread was it! Just know nothing is perfect, no one is perfect. We make mistakes, just shrug it off and keep trying dont loose motivation! Xxx

08.01.2022 / ? I never really thought about it to be honest, I just assumed it was because of my strong thighs. (Note- I’m changing my language from fat or big thighs to strong!)... I went to my favourite shop the other day to try on some shorts that I had seen in their email, they looked awesome, comfortable, great colours and design. I grabbed 2 sizes, one the same as the jeans I had on (the jeans were from the same shop!) and the size up- because you know... I have issues with my thighs. I tried on the same size that I was in the jeans and they felt a bit firm around my legs, so I went the size up. Issue here was they were now poking out at the back, they were only slightly looser around the leg too. As I picked up a belt to see if that would work, the lady in the shop asked me why I was trying a belt. I explained to her about the gapping around my lower back/ butt. Oh I see! She looked me up and down. It’s because of your spinal curvature! As soon as she said that it clicked! Of course it is! My spine naturally is slightly lordotic and so the shorts would gape. She explained how with jeans to avoid this you go for a mid rise or hi-rise waist. However as I am shorted in the torso (and legs) so it would cut me off a bit, mid rise it it!! Also- Women with an hourglass figure (small waist, curvy hips), often find it a challenge to find jeans that fit perfectly, without gapping at the waist. While it's best to shop for jeans made to fit your figure, an experienced tailor can alter a waistband to nip it in a bit. So in summation: Don’t feel like you don’t fit the clothes, the clothes aren’t designed with different spinal curves and body shapes in mind- the are literally made for the minority. Find a tailor, and woo them with your wit and charm. They can make alterations to make clothes fit you and esunuate your gorgeous figure. When you talk about your body, complement her. Don’t use negative or derogatory words. Respect her, love her for her uniqueness! Be aware of what is easy to tailor and what isn’t!
