25.01.2022 WHAT A WEEK . Bootcamp, my PT clients, new clients, 3 days of filming up and back in Newcastle, yesterday's shopping spree for the new @styleonpointhq collection in Sydney, followed by a full day's work for Style on Point today. I would like to say I can relax for the rest of the weekend but so much work is ahead tonight/tomorrow... Because FINALLY my online program is launching this Monday . (Someone give me a drink please ) . Working hard for something you don't care about is called stress. Working hard for something you love is called passion . Wearing @styleonpointhq. 22.01.2022 Meeting today with the @pursuebusinessconsultingmedia...... AKA #thedreamteam has got my motivation & happiness levels at an all time high. What an awesome day taking one step closer to the launch of my online program. Can I get a hell yeah . Finishing off my 10/10 day with a gym session. 22.01.2022 It doesn't have to be all about the destination. Sometimes you just don't need a plan. All you need to do is follow the path to happiness & let go of the pressure we consistently put ourselves under. Easier said than done though huh? . I think sometimes it's easy to forgot that health isn't just what you look like...It's what you are eating.... And what you are saying. We need to learn to not put pressure on ourselves to look a certain way, be a certain weight & fit some cr...azy unrealistic expectations. We don't want to look for 'happiness' in a shredded physique because let me tell you it will be short lived & extremely unfulfilled. . Ditch the notion of having to look a certain way to find 'happiness'. I've been there. I've done it & it brought me anything but happiness. I learnt to not only accept but love my body in all forms..... This is what truly lead to me happiness. . Happiness for me isn't a perfect peachy bootayyyy , a shredded physique or a face full of makeup. Happiness to me is in accepting that I have cellulite, that I love my body in all forms, I get pimples (still haha) & I have freckles.... & loving myself whole heartedIy for who I really am. . I removed all expectations & stereotypes that both myself & others had placed on me. I'm not perfect I know but nor do I strive to be. I am just happy doing me. Continuing to grow. Continuing to find myself & continuing on the path of happiness. I don't let the scales or negative situation, people or experiences dictate my happiness.... 21.01.2022 Current situation: balance & loving it . Quite a few weeks down now of my online program (link below). I am already noticing changes in not only my body, but energy levels & the back? Never been better!!! . Normally I would make my diet crazy strict to start leaning down, back in the comp days anyways. I am proud to say I am starting to lean down by an awesome balance in nutrition. Saying no to restriction, that's an achievement in itself . Today I had the worlds bigges...t bowl of pasta & tonight some ice cream for dessert . What's the point of looking a certain way if you can't live life to its fullest? 19.01.2022 Let's wander where the wifi is weak

19.01.2022 The standard skinny from the front & thick on the side #thethicklife. Went to the gym to do a leg circuit today & walked out of the gym....... almost unable to walk . I haven't done a big leg session for months. The last time I did high bar back squats would have been a good 12 months ago. Safe to say the combination of back squats, sumo deadlifts, kettle bell swings, laying leg curls & hack squats did the job. Wednesday is going to be a good day . 18.01.2022 An afternoon well spent . The best things in life can only be pursued indirectly. I believe this is true for happiness: if you truly want to experience joy or meaning, you need to shift your attention away from joy or meaning, and towards projects and relationships that bring joy and meaning as byproducts. Think about it . Those only are happy who have their minds fixed on some object other than their own happiness #realtalk . .

16.01.2022 Happiness in balance Over years of crazy diets & life restrictions I can honestly say I have learnt to listen to my body. I stopped putting pressure on myself to look a certain way & be a certain weight..... And man it feels good. With competing I always struggled to find balance. My diet was either pure restriction in on season or complete junk food in off season. I can happily admit I totally and utterly struggled to find that happy & healthy life balance. Unfortunatel...y we live in a society where we want everything, like yesterday . We are always looking for that magic pill & that quick fix. Admittedly I have in my younger years as well! It is amazing what you can achieve when you just listen to your body. My body has been responding in a really positive way to my new program (link in below) & this whole balanced lifestyle I have been living. As I get older it's all about the lifestyle. I am not willing to spend hours every day in the gym nor restrict myself like I once did. We all want to achieve balance & yet it's something very few of us actually put the time towards achieving. 10.01.2022 Mondays ohh how I love you. The last couple of weeks I have been absolutely exhausted. No amount of sleep is enough. I'm too exhausted to barely train. Going from training nearly 6 days a week to almost nothing has been really different. Most normal daily activities have been tough. I have been sick & I feel like previous chronic fatigue is rearing its head again. It's only now I can understand & see exactly how hard the last 5 months have been. Days off spent resting and ...relaxing is needed more than ever & it's exactly what I did today . I treated myself to breakfast out, prepped meals for the next two weeks as well as lots of lounge time. Tomorrow marks the very first day, that my staff will be running the boutique & it couldn't have come at a better time . Starting to take baby steps in a positive direction just in time to give my body exactly what it needs www.styleonpoint.com.au

09.01.2022 On Monday just gone I did a post about how I had such a crap day. Despite choosing to laugh over cry on that particular day. It didn't change the crap day I had. What am I getting at with this post? . Today I had a kick ass kind of day. I am literally vibing on such a high & positive frequency that makes me see exactly why I do what I do. The point i am trying to make is, just because I had a crap day I didn't let it screw over my next day & I sure as hell didn't let it sabo...tage my week. We are human. We have crap days & we also have great days. . You need to identify each wave length & know that our feelings and emotions move up & down like a roller coaster on a daily basis. It is completely normal. Recognise what brings you to that higher frequency & work towards doing more of it. 07.01.2022 Today I picked up my new car. An iload with a bed set up in the back #winning. It's so nice taking a step back from the need to acquire bigger & better materialistic things. It's nice to actually downgrade & be completely happy just being able to enjoy the beauty that surrounds me. I was driving back from Newcastle and this cracker of a sky appeared before me.I backed the van up and watched the sun set from the back of the van. This was the view ...... 05.01.2022 Today was one of those kinds of days...... My sinus has been pushing me to breaking point over the last month. It's that time of the month. My stomach is killing me. My skin is turning to crap. For those of you that have seen my IG story you would know my jaw locked up 2 days ago & I can still only open it 1.5cm. I'm over it. I'm lethargic AF & I want all the foods that can't possibly fit in a 1.5cm gap . . I just didn't feel like doing anything after I got home from film...ing today. I wanted to get into bed, eat ice cream, shut the blinds, switch off from the world & legit feel sorry for myself. Instead of feeling sorry for myself & allowing myself to fall into bad habits every time I don't feel great...... I decided to do something about it. . I took myself into the studio & chained myself to the rower for 5km. Not even a crap song on my play list could stop me . . Instead of looking at the negatives and letting it get on top of me I looked to the positives. I am surrounded by amazing friends & family who support my crazy ideas & who show me so much love, I have a roof over my head, I have fresh water & fortunate enough food to eat. Not everyone has those simple life luxuries that we can easily take for granted on a daily basis. . The things you take for granted, someone else is praying for. Be thankful, be happy by kind . . 03.01.2022 Back when I was 18 in casting calls I was constantly told I was too big. I wasn't pretty enough. I listened. I took it onboard & I subsequently turned into a cardio bunny & lost weight. If you can imagine I was already almost 10kg lighter than what I am today in this image. It wasn't pretty. . I went back to these casting calls & shoots to then be told I was too small. I will never forget the day at a photoshoot I was complimented on how skinny I was & asked what I had chang...ed. My response was 'I don't remember the last time I ate'. It was that day I knew I had to make some serious changes to move towards creating a healthy relationship between food, fitness and everything in between. . Since starting my comp days 5 years ago. I have heard constantly I look like a man, I'm too muscular, I'm disgusting among many others . You name it, I have heard It. All whist I weighed in around 57kg at 167cm. Do you want to know something? I just got to the stage where I decided to stop caring & stop listening to all the negative criticism that I was hearing about my body & the way I 'should' be looking. It was my body & I'll look how ever the damn hell I want! . What I learnt was that happiness doesn't come from pleasing others or conforming to the need to look a certain way. I simply chose to accept negative feedback & criticism will always be presented to me in life....... But I also know I am now whole heartedly content , happy & confident in the person I am today. 03.01.2022 What another huge weekend.... A solid 28 hours of work this weekend! To say I am exhausted would be an understatement. I'm so blessed for all the positive feedback I have received for my line @styleonpointhq. I have so many exciting things ahead not just with my collection but a couple of top secret projects that will come to light in the coming months! I don't know of a time in my life that I have been happier than this... Life just feels so good right now that nothing can kill my vibe .
