25.01.2022 Coronavirus - COVID19 Hi all, with the outbreak of coronavirus in our beautiful home state I am implementing a few small changes to my business to help protect me, my clients and the community from the virus. Many of my clients are elderly or have compromised immune systems. In light of this my changes focus on minimizing contact and sanitization. I will not be entering homes to accept or return pets, plug into power or take payment. Please leave your dog outside in the yar...d or tied up prior to grooming. If you are unable to do this walk your dog outside on a leash. Make sure power is accessible from outside the house. If you do not have an external power point please leave a power lead hanging out a window or door. Garage / workshop is okay. Payment via direct deposit is preferred, if you need to pay with cash please leave an envelope with the correct amount in an accessible location (doormat, letterbox ect). As always my van, tools and surfaces are all heavily disinfected between households. In addition all dogs will be thoroughly washed with medicated shampoo to remove any potential trace of virus from the hair. If you or someone in your household are sick please reschedule, even if its "just a cold". Chloes Doggy Doos will remain operational until instructed otherwise by the relevant authorities. 03.01.2022 The van has had a facelift! This week has been a busy one with a fabulous new water heater installed by Shane from Brettos caravan maintenance and repairs assisted by Sam from SMP Autos. We now have water hotter and faster than ever for your dogs to enjoy! Also my ever wonderful dad has built a new grooming table and storage shelf which looks amazing and has really bought it all together. Lucky me!

02.01.2022 To all my wonderful customers and beautiful four legged friends: Unfortunately with the new restrictions on businesses in the NW coast I am unable to groom for the next two weeks at least. Pet supply stores and veterinarians remain open - if your dog needs urgent grooming you should contact your vet. ... I am in the process of contacting customers whos appointments will need to be rescheduled, rebookings will commence once we have a date to resume business - these rebookings will take priority. I will not be taking bookings until a date to resume business has been appointed by the state. I want to thank each and every customer who has complied to my social distancing practice, who has sent messages of thanks and who has supported my business through these strange times and the happier times before. Hanging up the keys for now and looking forward to the day I can pick them up again. Chloe Stay home. Save lives.
