23.01.2022 In line with the recent ease in restrictions, we've been thrilled to welcome a small group of consultants (including myself), back to the office! #realmmk It's been great to see colleagues face to face, engage in some office banter and experience the energy and 'feel good' vibe of a happy workplace. #teamengagement That being said, there's no doubt that there is still a long way to go before things are back to some form of 'normal'. Luckily for us, as we already enable our staff to work from home one day a week as part of our workplace flexibility scheme, we are able to conduct this seamlessly.
