With the large amount of rain we have had over the last weeks its important to have the salt content of the pool water checked to ensure that the Chlorinator is operating correctly. Low salt content in the pool water will see reduced output of the Chlorinator and lead to the pool water going green with algae growth.

Thus saving electricity costs and increasing Chlorinator Cell life. To achieve water pH neutral add a small amount of acid to the pool weekly. In summer start with 1 cup acid per week. Adjust the amount of acid per week following the pH test results at your Pool Shop

Non repair of the water seal will lead to water entering the electrical motor which will destroy the motor bearings and could short out the motor electrical windings.
