24.01.2022 Felices Pascuas amigos This Easter we are open; Friday 3:30pm-12am Saturday 3:30pm-12am... Sunday - Closed Monday - Closed Hope you have a safe and decadent Easter this year. We have a few new items in the shop this year like our Scrumdiddly Sweet Muffin which is sweet potato and zucchini. Huge range if Vegan, Gluten Free and *Guilt free desserts - *that's when we hand you a blindfold :) - see you on the weekend! ***Please note that due to the Easter holiday liquor license regulations any alcohol beverage must be accompanied by food.

08.01.2022 Well it has been a year since we closed our doors. For many, Chocolate Bean was a place to call home. A place to wind down with a great coffee, chocolate or some filth! I want to thank each and every one of you for making that decade of my life so special for getting to know so many of you, or even just to see you wave and thank us goodbye with your chocolate lined smile For those of you who I've known since before Chocolate Bean you may be recalling the days of Citrus ...Blu and that too was a great experience and time of my life...and I have a joke to recall from our cocktails list... A grasshopper walks into a bar and the bar tender says "Hey, grasshopper! We have s a drink named after you!" The grasshopper replies, "What? Kevin?!" Ah...the days of Grasshoppers and Liquid Snickers mixing may be behind me but there are always some things that stay in the memory...no matter how much you wish they wouldn't!!! Stay safe, live healthy, eat good chocolate and be good to yourselves and those around you! Ainslee

It felt a bit sad and lonely with no one milling outside and the doors closed :( Although there is now a lovely men's suit shop and the place looks beautiful it's just not the same as all the hundreds of smiling faces that used to billow out of those doors after a Bean fill. Miss you all madly xx
