01.01.2022 My greatest fear has been brought to life. Dog baiting has been something that’s always kept me so on edge with Poppy! She’s one of those dogs that will sniff a...nd eat nearly anything and everything. She’s an inside dog and when outside doesn’t bark. She’s the most gentle and placid little girl. This afternoon a dog treat with 2 x ibuprofen and 2 x Panadol tablets shoved in were found in my own backyard!! She already had it in her mouth and another half tablet semi-chewed up was found also - praying that there wasn’t another one that she actually digested. Feeling so sad and angry that someone would do this in my backyard. Good old Nambour - Around waterfall road near the hospital. UPDATE: Have just found another 2 more in the backyard. Photos in comment. I have also been informed it is indeed rat bait shoved with the tablets.
