24.01.2022 You may have noticed we have been doing a few renovations during this time with our restricted trading due to covid. This means unfortunately we do have to close Tuesday and Wednesday this week but we will be back on Thursday and I’m sure you will love the changes!!! Stay healthy

15.01.2022 Sad sights this morning seeing a farmer having to dump milk, due to requests from his processor to decrease production. There is no doubt we are in challenging ...times and everyone is doing their bit, however that may be, to flatten the curve and get us back to business as usual. Please spare a thought for our Farmers... who continue to put food on our tables and fuel the nation! These guys work morning and night and are adapting, as we all are, to the current challenges we face. But please consider how you can support them... next time you make it to the shops #backbritishfarming and keep supporting your immune system with our top quality British produce. See more

13.01.2022 It’s happening! Come Monday June 1st we will be able to operate sit down service. Whilst this is incredibly exciting, we will be operating under strict new guidelines. These are as follows. We are required to ask every dine in patron to sign in for their visit, meaning you will be asked for a contact number and your name (this applies to every member of your group) this is so we can contact you if by chance an outbreak does occur. If you continue to get takeaway only this... rule will not apply. tables will be spaced 1.5 metres apart, with 1 patron seated per 4 square metres of dining space. This will limit our inside and decked dining capacity, however our outdoor dining space will not be greatly affected by these rules all tables are permitted to have no more than 6 patrons from the same family/group patrons will be asked to continue to optimise physical distance whilst in the cafe hand sanitiser will still be placed at the entry points and we ask all customers to use it upon arrival we will be operating table service to minimise the density of patrons waiting at the front counter space This may sound like a lot of rules but we promise we will do our best to make your dine in experience as smooth and comfortable as we possibly can. 12.01.2022 After Saturday’s Covid shutdown all other staff members have returned negative test results. Those staff considered close contacts will finish a 14 day quarantine period however the rest of us will be back tomorrow for all your coffee and chocolate needs. A deep clean is currently underway but PLEASE remember to read and follow all the signage. This includes our entry via ramp and exit via stairs protocol, sanitize upon entry, one customer at a time and avoid cash payments. The rules are there to keep us all safe. If you feel unwell please do not come in. We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow
