24.01.2022 This sad selection was the only glace fruit I could find - the black ones are apricots (ok to eat but visually unappealing). So I made my own - peaches, apricots, cherries and orange.

03.01.2022 Came across this taste sensation on the BBC You Tube channel and had to try it. Green chillies marinated in Tequila, filled with a tequila lime ganache, dipped in white chocolate and sprinkled with salt. Removing the seeds and membranes keeps the heat down.
