20.01.2022 Looking for something to snack on and not get feelings of food guilt? You can’t go past this recipe then! It’s low carb, no sugar, plus it’s easy to prepare. Just what you want in a recipe!! Keto Peanut Butter Cookies... INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 c. smooth unsweetened peanut butter, melted (plus more for drizzling) 1 c. coconut flour 1/4 c. packed keto-friendly brown sugar, such as Swerve 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract Pinch kosher salt 2 c. keto-friendly dark chocolate chips, such as Lily's, melted 1 tbsp. coconut oil DIRECTIONS In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut flour, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Stir until smooth. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a small cookie scoop, form mixture into rounds then press down lightly to flatten slightly and place on baking sheet. Freeze until firm, about 1 hour. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted chocolate and coconut oil. Using a fork, dip peanut butter rounds in chocolate until fully coated then return to baking sheet. Drizzle with more peanut butter then freeze until chocolate sets, about 10 minutes. Serve cold. Store any leftovers in the freezer.

13.01.2022 Let’s talk goals for a minute. Your goals specifically. I know you set goals this year. And some of them are pretty decent goals. But - how are you going with them? Still winning or struggling? Maybe even you’ve reached a point where you’re ready to give up and possibly even you’re thinking that goals are only disappointment with another name. That is not the case. And you’re not a failure.... I want you to take a moment and reflect on your short-term (daily) goals. Are they designed to help you reach the big goal? Or have you set yourself up for failure because they are missing rungs on the goal ladder? How BIG are those small, incremental goals that are designed to help you get to the BIG goal? Small enough to achieve? Let me show you: a goal may be to lose weight. It’s a very common goal for a majority women. So you give yourself a diet plan that calls for eating 1500 calories a day and no junk. See that? That’s a HUGE goal. No small steps at all. Not one. Try this: I want to lose 10kg in 12 months. I will start by tracking my food for 3 days to see what I eat. I will make a list of my favourite most nutritious foods and I will make a list of my favourite least nutritious foods. No food is off-limit however I will start by including more of my healthy foods into my daily eating. I will eat twice a week without any distractions of tv, phone etc and focus on how good my food tastes and feels. I will stop eating when I am full - instead of finishing my meal even though I am full. See the difference? Little steps. Achievable steps. Ones you can build on. If you need to, now is the perfect time to re-structure your goals and set yourself up for success
04.01.2022 ... Can you take your mask off during very strenuous exercise? Chief Health Officer Dr Jeannette Young says:... "Yes. If you become short of breath, then yes you can always take the mask off. And that's true for anyone at any time." "If you can't breathe properly while you've got the mask on, you need to take it off because that's the most important issue." However, if you are doing general exercise and not having shortness of breath, then please leave the mask on. We hope that answers your concerns!
