23.01.2022 Another song from last week's choir session. Again, there were only about 12 of us and it was the first time singing this song. The Earth is a Woman and She Will Rise. Nerida encouraged us to improvise and layer. Feel free to do the same from home or wherever you are! I always find singing lifts my spirits and energy. Feel free to share also xo

08.01.2022 Last Monday night, Nerida Kirov ran our last choir session until things settle down. We were only a small group that night - there were about 12 of us. We learnt new songs we don't normally sing, to lift our spirits and encourage us to be playful, exploring improvising with harmonies and layering. I am grateful to Nerida for the opportunity she provides for us to connect, nurture, and create positivity.

01.01.2022 Another song we sang at our last in-person choir session for now. We have since started exploring the realm of remote choir sessions online!
