The best ways to protect yourself and others against COVID-19 continue to be:... Getting tested if you have any symptoms, no matter how mild. Practicing physical distancing (keep 1.5 meters between yourself and others wherever and whenever possible). Washing your hands regularly. Wiping down frequently touched surfaces. 18.01.2022 The following COVID-19 testing sites will be open until 8pm today: Victoria Park/Pakapakanthi Elizabeth (Goodman Rd) Parafield Airport Magill... Only those who have been advised by SA Health, or those who have symptoms of COVID-19, should get tested. If you have any of the below symptoms, even if mild, go to a testing clinic for a free COVID-19 test: fever or chills cough sore throat runny nose shortness of breath loss of taste or smell. Be prepared for delays by bringing water and snacks with you. We ask that you please be patient with our staff who are working hard to organise logistics and collect samples. 13.01.2022 Some of our drive-through COVID-19 testing sites are experiencing longer than usual delays today. Consider other COVID-19 testing sites such as dedicated clinic...s at our hospitals or book in at a Respiratory Clinic or with your GP. Thank you for your patience and for doing the right thing by getting tested if you have symptoms or if you have been asked by SA Health to get tested. For a list of sites visit www.sahealth.sa.gov.au/covidtesting If you need to get tested: Please be patient with staff who are working hard to organise logistics and collect samples. Be prepared for your visit by bringing water and snacks. If you are attending a walk-in site, bring sun protection (sunscreen, hat, umbrella) and a chair. Keep 1.5 metres between yourself and others in line and wear a mask if possible. Motorists are reminded to not queue across intersections, ensure that you leave enough distance between your vehicle and the one in front of you, drive slowly through the testing sites and ensure you have enough fuel if waiting in line at a drive-through clinic. . After your test: Go straight home. Avoid contact with other people. Stay in self-isolation until you receive a negative test result (in certain cases you may be required to remain in self-isolation or self-quarantine if directed to do so by SA Health or SA Police, even if you receive a negative test result).
