21.01.2022 Excellent training tool I was introduced to by an old instructor - weighted training. Not just for the direct benefit of building stronger muscles through resistance which benefits all parts of your training - which in itself I cannot stress the importance of enough and could likely write an essay on! Weighted training for drills also helps build better balance and coordination through adding a layer of difficulty to balancing - making for greatly improved stability in stance...s and power in striking and blocking. Great first efforts from students this week as I introduce them to many more conditioning and training drills :)
