25.01.2022 It is Clay Play week this week with Chony in her weekly art workshops for Early Learning Centres. The children LOVED the sensori element of pausing, squeezing and rolling clay. They added sticks and twigs to their work to make snakes and echidna's.... Also, printing on the clay using shells. Happy creative children makes me smile! X Chony

23.01.2022 Thursday morning's @first2learn.sc homeschooling program. I have designed the curriculum so that each week children are transported to a different country. This week they went to Japan. We looked at mono-chrome and tones using black ink and Sumi-E rice paper.... Such fun with the tranquil Japanese music in the background. Joy! There is a Cafe next door serving delicious food and drinks, disabled toilets and a constant breeze blowing through the windows.
