15.01.2022 I wanted to jump on here quickly and post about something that I'm really passionate about. A healthy mind. Being fit & healthy is just as much, if not more about our thought pattern as what weights we lift & what we eat & drink. Having a positive attitude about our self worth makes all the difference. Somedays this is the hardest part about being fit & healthy. I read this book about 4 yrs ago & it changed my life. I'm about to start reading it again. Lets Express gratitude and love for our own self worth. Comment below, what are you grateful for? And remember, all is well in my world

10.01.2022 Wow, we did it, what a year it has been. I want to take the time to say the biggest thankyou to all of you, you have helped make this year a great one, we have shared many many laughs, burpees, squats, k/b swings, push ups, etc. Together we have achieved major goals & I couldn't be more proud of each & every one of you. I will be taking a much needed rest for 3 weeks & look forward to the near year with you. Have the most amazing Merry Christmas with family & Friends and even better new year.
