22.01.2022 Cape Le Grande NP

22.01.2022 Good morning - 5km walk along this beautiful stretch of coast

22.01.2022 Evening routines: take time to disconnect from 'busy' & create a relaxing ritual A few light stretches, deep breathing, a warm bath, meditation or a cup of calming tea can help you slow down & unwind Give yourself the best possible chance to quiet your mind & calm your body - you just can't go from busy to sleep!... I love a warm shower & a cuppa What works for you?

22.01.2022 Evening routines: lights off Stick to a sleep schedule to regulate your body's clock - we're all different as to the amount of sleep we need, so find what works best for you Create an inviting space with soft lighting, free from any noise, cool (as in temperature!) and make sure you have a comfortable & supportive mattress & pillows - your bedroom is your little slice of heaven ... Healthy sleep habits can make a big difference to your quality of life & right now getting a good night's sleep is so important for your mental & physical health So, how to make an evening routine work for you? Look at where you could create some healthier habits around switching off & creating a calmer evening routine cos it can really have huge benefits to your health & well-being What is working for you right now? Where could you improve? Love to know Fee xx

17.01.2022 Evening routines: a little reflection goes a long way A few minutes writing up your daily 'WINS' (no matter how big or small) and 'GRATEFULS' (things you're grateful for) is a great way to check in with yourself & such an uplifting way to end your day Just buy a notebook & start writing or use a journal with prompts to get you started ... Takes me 5 mins with a cuppa Like to give it a go?

11.01.2022 Today, I caught up with the fabulous, Karen Lawther, Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach based in Ireland. Loved her story to where she is now! She talked about how a simple meal plan kickstarted her clients in taking back control during lockdown - how amazing is that? We also talked about exercise & the benefits of a daily walk. We both share a love of food - yay!! Karen is running a 40 day plant-based challenge right now, so check the links below!

09.01.2022 Evening routines: crack open a book Opening a book & reading a few pages (and yep, we're talking about good old-fashioned books) takes your mind off 'stuff', lowers stress levels & helps you to relax before drifting off to sleep I tend to doze off pretty quickly, so love diving into my 'Coast' magazine or an inspirational self-help book ... What about you? What do you like to read before bed?

06.01.2022 Not the kind of weather for a cheese platter, so warming up with dahl, rice & bits

05.01.2022 Thought I'd share a little background into why I started interviewing fellow health coaches... You may or may not know that my croaky/sexy voice is a thing - every day I have no idea how my voice will sound So, I have a rare & chronic voice condition - a bummer for someone who likes talking & uses her voice to teach & run an online business ... Rather than let it define me, I've embraced the fact that every day I have no idea how my voice will sound My biggest challenge was the online world - I thought, who'd want to hear my voice?! BUT, In true 'Fee-style', I knew I wanted to share my experience with others in a positive way '3 with Fee' & now, '3 with Fee Revisited' began as a way to give me confidence & quickly turned into something I love! Sharing amazing health coaches & finding out their 'magic' to share with the world gives me such a buzz My voice has given me a voice & I'm so grateful for this You can overcome whatever it is, no matter what. The key is the belief & the right support crew

01.01.2022 Evening routines: switch off This is a 'work in progress' for me, but how you end your day is just as important as how you start your day To have a productive tomorrow actually starts the night before, so here are a couple of tips:... 'Sign off' by reviewing everything you achieved that day - focus on what you did do (makes you feel good) Write your 'to do' list - keep it small (things that you want to get done the next day) Clear your work space - less mess = less stress & sets you up for the next day What works for you?
