18.01.2022 Yesterday we experienced a business prioritising what was convenient for them over customer service It was very frustrating & disappointing. Then............... This morning I woke up to a message from Booshilar Hair & Nail Studio letting me know the day I was booked in to get my nails done! I looked at my chipped Covid19 nails and felt pretty special. This was amazing, personal service. Within 24 hours of the announcement that restrictions on beauticians were being lift...ed I get a message from my beautician!! 18.01.2022 Covid19 is particularly cruel for the aged and those with disabilities. The word "isolation" is now one we use daily. For many elderly people, feeling lonely and vulnerable is already part of their normal life - now with the threat of CoronaVirus they are even more isolated.
