25.01.2022 It was such a delight to work with Ahana. I was keen to show her the results as she'd had tried a few things in the past and wanted to get rid of the post pregnancy weight she had been carrying for few years now. She started with one month first and then it was almost an addiction to see changes on the scale daily. Loved customizing food to her palate and loved seeing her changes through this process. 20.01.2022 333 days of 2021. So exciting. As of today we have 333 days of amazing ventures we can have. Things we can change and grow into (or grow out of). Can't believe Jan is over and we're into Feb already. Yeah time goes by quickly. And that's why we need to make most of our day today. SEIZE IT. ... Did you hear these things when you were stepping into 2021: New year, new you? Or New day, new opportunities? Something on those lines? Well I certainly believe that EVERYDAY is a new opportunity to make better decisions for our health and wellbeing. Choose to eat well. Drink better. Fuel your mind better. Energize yourself and those around you. Make a decision today to make your body and mind healthy. You can do this and do it today. Not tomorrow. Not day after.

What have I embraced? ... What changes have I made to my holistic wellbeing: mind, body & spirit? How connected am I to my body’s needs? How connected am I to people around me? 19.01.2022 Do you like to plan and prepare ahead of time? Or perhaps you’re someone who takes it by the day or the hour? I’ve learned last year and so far this year too that while we planing and preparing is AWESOME. Murphy’s law still applies: what can go wrong. Will go wrong. ... And in those moments, it is important to remind ourselves: it’s Ok. (I’ve to do to this way often than usual these days) If you’re anything like me, you’d get a high staying on top of the game with THAT CHECKLIST. Ticking everything off as you’re getting it done. But sometimes when things don’t go as planned: perhaps food got burnt. What do I eat? Travel plans got cancelled? What do I do? Or something else It’s important to think: what can I do NOW, that serves me best. Nourishing the body with another healthy quick fix perhaps? Realising NOW is the not the only moment to travel, we can do more another time? We have the solution and answer within us. Always. There is a gentle and effective solution available in all our planned and unplanned times. Reflection is Easier said than done. But through a true self reflection... we’re still on the path to doing well for ourselves. whether it’s life challenges that we’re dealing with or something like food prep. What do you think?



15.01.2022 Simple things can be turned into such a scrumptious meal. I had some mixed veggies, which I converted into these small cakes. I love long baby carrots and they are nutrient dense. Loaded with vitamin A, b2,b3, vitamin C, K, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and folate.... A little bit added to your meals can not only add a bit of resistant starch and fibre, both amazing for a healthy gut but also keeps internal organs and outer skin glowing. I just baked them with pepitas seeds. Added balsamic glaze on top later. It’s Delish. Try it.
