17.01.2022 Goodbye extra pounds/kilos.

16.01.2022 Mistakes provide great learning experiences. Make the most of them!

16.01.2022 When you are challenged, remember challenges enable you to develop in capability and reap the rewards of your labour. Take the opportunity to become better.

11.01.2022 Everyday brings you new choices. You have a choice whether to live your life with intent and purpose, or let yourself drift through your days with a lack of passion and achievement. Living on purpose is about using your unique gifts and talents to fulfill that specific role that only you can perform. Unfortunately, most people drift through life without ever discovering why they are here, or their special calling or purpose. Don’t let this be you.

07.01.2022 Fat burning tea!

06.01.2022 Self-control is strength.

05.01.2022 Failure is the stepping stone to success! Failure is normal. It happens. It’s even required! If fact, you’d be hard pressed to find a highly successful person who hasn't actually had more failures than successes. Here are a few well-known examples. As an inventor, Thomas Edison made more than 1000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing the light bulb. Winston Churchill was defeated in every election for public office until he became Prime Minister at the age of 62.... Baseball legend Babe Ruth hit 714 home runs but was also struck out 1330 times in his career. English crime novelist John Creasey got 753 rejection slips before he published 564 books. Colonel Sanders was rejected over 1000 times before he obtained funding for his first franchise for KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken). So...

05.01.2022 Life will present many challenges. Always resolve in advance, that no matter what the setback, you will never give up. Commit to yourself to keep going not just when it is easy, but more than ever when it’s tough. Success requires giving it everything it takes and not just everything you’ve got, and also choosing to give your effort a realistic amount of time to manifest.

04.01.2022 The Great Realization

02.01.2022 Yes there is fear. Yes there is isolation. Yes there is panic buying.... Yes there is sickness. Yes there is even death. But, They say that in Wuhan after so many years of noise You can hear the birds again. They say that after just a few weeks of quiet The sky is no longer thick with fumes But blue and grey and clear. They say that in the streets of Assisi People are singing to each other across the empty squares, keeping their windows open so that those who are alone may hear the sounds of family around them. They say that a hotel in the West of Ireland Is offering free meals and delivery to the housebound. Today a young woman I know is busy spreading fliers with her number through the neighbourhood So that the elders may have someone to call on. Today Churches, Synagogues, Mosques and Temples are preparing to welcome and shelter the homeless, the sick, the weary All over the world people are slowing down and reflecting All over the world people are looking at their neighbours in a new way All over the world people are waking up to a new reality To how big we really are. To how little control we really have (externally, but we have the freedom to choose how we think internally!) To what really matters. To Love. So we pray and we remember that Yes there is fear. But there does not have to be hate. Yes there is isolation. But there does not have to be loneliness. Yes there is panic buying. But there does not have to be meanness. Yes there is sickness. But there does not have to be disease of the soul Yes there is even death. But there can always be a rebirth of love. Wake to the choices you make as to how to live now. Today, breathe. Listen, behind the factory noises of your panic The birds are singing again The sky is clearing, Spring is coming, And we are always encompassed by Love. Open the windows of your soul And though you may not be able to touch across the empty square, Sing. - Fr. Richard Hendrick, OFM March 13th 2020
