16.01.2022 Dear Chouquette community what a year!!! It is fair to say that 2020 has been full of surprises and challenges. Our shop in the city has been severely impacted by the pandemic so, sadly we had to take the difficult decision to permanently close the doors of Chouquette Edward Street (last day of trade 23/12 and open for orders pick up 24/12). To all our staff and loyal customers, thanks a lot for your amazing support. We hope to see you all in 2021 in our New Farm and Graceville shops Joyeux Noel, stay safe and see you all in 2021

08.01.2022 Sacre Bleu I guess we can say that we are victim of our success. We want to thank everyone for their support and patience. Those two days have been so crazy busy, we never expected so much love and support from the local community Things take time and we will keep increasing production to a point. Remember that we do not do frozen food, everything is made fresh, by hands every day. We are doing our very best and working tirelessly in the kitchen and in the shop. Keep in mind that we are a small family bakery, we will never compromise on quality for quantity. We are recruiting and investing in new equipments as we speak.
