Reservations are highly recommended.... And for some even special extra news we are going to continue our delivery ‘heat and serve’ at home meals!!! Available Friday-Sunday night Delivery from Yallingup to Busselton. With 24hrs notice we can deliver to Cowaramup and Margaret River. Minimum $50 purchase. 21.01.2022 Today we had the absolute pleasure of working with Leeuwin Coast and Harvest Road to help with their next commercial featuring WA produced Akoya and Rose Mallee Beef. At every chance we love to support local produce and suppliers in WA - it has so many benefits for those local communities. So where possible support local, it really is best. The proof is in the product though... such incredible produce to work with try some on your next foodie adventure!!!

19.01.2022 This Monday we are ALL about dumplings Our in-restaurant dining will be closed, however we will be open for takeaway dumpling plates to enjoy for $22 per plate! Enjoy at home, for a picnic, or in the car back to Perth! Our restaurant will be open only for collection of the plates, and takeaway House of Cards wine.... 18.01.2022 Sweet and sour pork but not as you know it.. it’s the @mal_chow version and it packs a serious punch. The @chowstable summer hit is the most popular dish on th...e menu. So what makes it so special? It’s not the usual sweet and sour pork - mine has a kick to it. It’s a whole pork neck butt from Mahogany Creek. Sous vide at 72 for an hour. Diced. Coated in egg whites, potato and cornstarch. Fried. The sauce is made with Gojuchang, roasted garlic, tomato sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, white soy, vinegar. Reduced to thick consistency. Set aside. To serve, I add spring onion root, garlic, red chilli and handful of whole dried chillies, I then add the sauce, then the fried pork. We have our venue available for private hire for your special day, with so many areas offering different uses. Our beautiful couple pictured didn’t let a little rain spoil their plans back in March and moved their ceremony onto our terrace, which we think is just as amazing as in the vineyard, with a backdrop over the gardens.... Wok Hei, translates to ‘Wok Breathe’, or more poetically, ‘Breathe of the Wok’ - The technique of using a well seasoned wok to coat a piping hot dish with its complex charred aroma and flavours. A delicate technique, that only well skilled chefs can master. Georgia Loxton Knight - Yallingup - Daughter and granddaughter of landscape painters, Georgia has been immersed in drawing and painting from a young age. Painting mind altering yet somehow peaceful beautiful oil paintings. Monica Holland - Dunsborough - Mixes watercolours and pencil throughout her art, loving to sketch fast and without much thought, layering with colour and black outline. Tylan Lambert - Yallingup - His passion for the ocean shows throughout his artwork, capturing moments and emotions we encounter when interacting with the coastline. Using a range of artistic mediums, to capture his unique style that has gained him recognition in the surfing community .
