Each day as I make my way into second hand clothing stores I pluck the colour from the racks . Like a bower bird my eyes are drawn to the flavour of my heart . Satisfied with my find , I return home to unpick and carefully fold little piles of materials that continue to grow. What fun. Fundamentally fun reclaimed individualism. My journals are made using reclaimed fabrics (dismantled clothing etc)and are a reinvention of these materials, children's books, and trinkets all sourced from secondhand shops. So satisfying.
