07.01.2022 SENIOR COACH REQUIRED The Burnside Heights Football Club is seeking a Senior Coach for the remainder of the 2016 season and beyond. As Senior coach you will be ...leading a young dynamic and growing club with a large Junior base. The successful applicant will be a motivated, success-focused individual who is able to develop and communicate a clear vision to take our great club up through the grades of the Essendon District Football League. A critical measure of success will be your ability over time to attract and retain senior players. It is also imperative that you lead by example and act with integrity and honour at all times. Playing in Division Division 2 of the EDFL, our senior team have developed a committed group of young leaders who are eager for sustained on field success. We have outstanding facilities located at the Burnside Heights Recreation Reserve and a strong local sponsorship base. We have an every growing Junior base (over 250 players within 12 teams and around 100 participants in Auskick). As Senior Coach you will influence the football program across the entire club and participate in workshops for our developing coaches. You will work in particular with our Under 16 & 18 teams, to identify talent and further develop these players. A Level 2 Coaching Accreditation or a Level 1 Coaching Accreditation with the understanding of working towards a Level 2 Coach Accreditation is a pre-requisite for this position.
