14.01.2022 If i get enough interest in this idea (well 2 of them really) i will implement it into my Business, i had a customer that could not finish before 5pm and asked if they could pick up the car after that time, i had no problem staying back an extra 45 minutes for them so i was thinking maybe a After Hours Service? Need Tyres and a Wheel Alignment? Minor Service? want to book in after you finish work? I would think i can stay open till 7.30pm to do these jobs for those who cannot... make it during normal hours, only condition of this would be at least the day before to book in as so i can make sure the supplies are in stock and ready to go, Secondly also from a few customers who have asked... a Air Conditioning Service... just your simple Re-Gas of the Air Con system, these are 2 ideas that again if i get enough interest in them that would help my Business grow i would be happy to add these to the list of Services we already provide, i would also appreciate any feedback to these ideas or any others you may have, thank you and cheers to all See more

05.01.2022 Hello all hope everyone had a great break and are looking forward to a good 2021... back at work now and first job of the year we're doing is changing the rear Brakes, customer came in complaining that before a long weekend trip they checked everything...Tyre Pressures, Oil, Water and Brakes... knew Brakes were a bit noisy so thought they just blow out the dust and spray some CRC de-squeak on it and it should be right for the weekend out in the mountains, got progressively wo...rse and worse till they dropped it off at the workshop, claimed to have checked and all looked good however they only checked the front face of the Rotors and Pads...a big mistake a few people make thinking the inside pads/rotors would be the same as the fronts...as the following photos show it pays to check both outer and inners before going on a long trip, almost $600 later car is driving again like new and very happy customers See more
